Search Carmel Real Estate with one phone number

I think we all have curiosity about home prices, whether we are activitely searching for a home in Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville or surrounding areas; or whether we just want to know. I have a tool that might be useful as you drive around these areas.

Phones The Marchant Team and Keller Wiliams is rolling out a “One Call Gets it All“ phone number. You dial this local number and put in the house number of the home that is for sale and you will get a recorded message with # of bedrooms/baths, price, etc. You can dial from a cell phone or land line. It will notify me that you called with a weekly report; but I promise I will not call you every time you check in on a home! In fact, you can let me know if I should call you at all!

If you have been a regular reader of the Carmel Blog; then you also know about our Search Carmel Homes from your Phone feature. This is a bit different than the “One Call Gets it All“. This is an application you download to your phone, a Blackberry or IPhone. It then gives you options to search an address, radious from where you are standing, or various other options and lets you click on the listing to see the pictures, price, details of the listing on your phone. It is technology at its best! This is a free application and is available to you.

So, this is my invitation to my readers to let me know if you’d like me to give you the One Call Gets it All phone number. It does require that I have your phone number and email address, but a small price to pay to always be able to dial a single number to get a price and other information on any home anywhere in the Metro Indy area that is for sale!
