Do you need a Realtor if you build New Construction

Of the 836 homes for sale in Carmel Indiana today, 740 of them were built before 1/1/09 and 96 were built after 1/1/09. That is more than 10% in new construction! Over a 1/3 of the new builds are condo/townhouse built by either Ryland (Townhomes at Stanford) or Beazer (West Clay). Of the remaining 65 homes in Carmel for sale that are new, they are mostly Ryland, Pulte or Custom Builders with a few Centex, MI, Estridge, Shoopman. Happy Family who is building with Pulte

I wrote a similar post for the homes for sale in Fishers yesterday. In that post, I talk about why a buyer would want Realtor representation.

These items can be checked during your final walk through; for example do all the windows open and shut properly, are the doors flush when closed, is the tile laid correctly, do the outlets all work properly, etc.
